Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dilworth Creative LLC collects, uses, and handles information for dil.map and related Dil Studio services.
Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to operate dil.map and deliver purchased or entitled content.
This may include your email address for sign-in and account access, a device identifier used to associate authentication requests with a specific device, and technical app information such as crash logs, diagnostics, and performance details used to maintain reliability.
Media streamed through the app is played on your device. Local caching may occur on the device to improve playback performance.
For Google Play Data safety purposes, the main categories we collect through the Android TV app are email address, device ID, crash logs, diagnostics, and limited playback activity needed to operate the service.
The Android TV app does not collect your personal photos, personal videos, or other user-generated content from your device through the app unless you explicitly submit that information to us through a separate service or workflow.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- authenticate users and verify access to purchased or entitled content,
- associate sign-in activity with the device requesting access,
- deliver streaming and playback features, and
- monitor, troubleshoot, and improve app stability and performance.
Sharing and Retention
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties except when necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, email delivery, or technical infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account access, support entitled content delivery, comply with legal obligations, or resolve security and reliability issues.
Dilly (dil.chat)
Dilly information revision: September 19, 2026
Dilly is optional. We save your age-band and country declarations, activation choice, the version of the explanation you accepted, preferences, messages, replies, limited page context, and chat titles and folders with your signed-in Studio account. These records let us check eligibility, provide replies, restore and organise your chats, and apply usage limits. Declining Dilly leaves Studio and published guides available.
Local guide replies do not send your text to an external AI provider. If AI replies are available and you enable them, OpenAI receives your question, relevant recent messages in the same conversation created under your current activation, the name of the Studio page and section you are using, and relevant published guidance. Earlier local chats and conversations from previous activations are excluded. Project contents, uploaded files, camera images, account identifiers and browser history are not automatically included. Information you type into a message is included, so do not enter passwords, API keys or private customer information.
OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default. Its abuse-monitoring logs may contain prompts and replies and are generally retained for up to 30 days, with exceptions for legal obligations and preventing harm. Dilly requests that responses are not stored for later API retrieval; this does not mean zero retention. OpenAI may process information outside your country. Its data controls documentation explains the available retention and processing-location arrangements.
Your Studio chat history stays saved until you delete it. Disabling Dilly stops chat and future provider requests but does not delete history. In History you can delete individual chats, or delete all chat history in Dilly Settings. Deleting a folder removes its subfolders and filing references, and keeps their chats in Unfiled. Chat deletion does not erase separate usage or activation records, feedback you chose to send to the team, or a provider's own retained records.
Feedback reaches the team only after you review it and choose to send it. It is retained separately until the team removes it. For a privacy question or a request about your chat, activation, feedback or account data, contact [email protected]. The general account deletion instructions below also apply. Dilly does not operate your devices or change projects, and AI replies are not available to under-18s.
Data Deletion Requests
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected] or by using our public contact form and selecting Delete account.
Where account deletion is available directly inside the product, you may also use that option. Deletion requests may require verification before processing.
